Ordering Information
  
To order any item simply click onto the "add to cart" button. All items listed have a stock quantity against them, even the "made to order" items, this is to allow you to order an item via the shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Items "made to order" are indicated as such within the item description. Once you have completed the checkout process I will make contact to let you know work has begun on your order and then again upon completion to let you know the despatch date. The current lead time on "made to order" items is 7 working days.

NOTE: When an order is placed against a "made to order" item, the stock status will change to "sorry item sold", until the order is completed and ready for despatch. When an item is available to order against the stock quantity will always show as the number one under "quantity available"

Postage and packing charges are added at the checkout and apply to the UK only. Your order will be thoughtfully and carefully packaged in a bid to ensure it reaches you safe and sound. All prices listed are in £ sterling.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS PRIOR TO USING THE CHECKOUT FACILITY AND PAYPAL IS THE ONLY METHOD OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED.

 
I accept payment via Paypal, Uncrossed Postal Order or Personal Cheque. If payment is made by cheque I won't be able to despatch your order until the cheque has cleared, so please allow 7 to 10 working days from receipt.

 
Due to the handmade nature of items there may be slight variations in fabric and colours, whilst every effort is made to replicate the original item, with anything handmade it is impossible to produce two identical. If, however, you would like an item made in a specific colour or fabric type, please email me and I will be more than happy to provide emailed photographs off fabric swatches.

 
PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS LISTED ARE INTENDED PURELY FOR DECORATION PURPOSES ONLY, OR FOR THE PURPOSE OFF USE AS DETAILED WITHIN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. NONE OF THE ITEMS ARE TOYS TO BE GIVEN TO A CHILD DUE TO THE NATURE OF SMALL PARTS USED IN MAKING THE ITEM(S)

 
If on receipt of your goods they are damaged, please contact me for either a replacement item or a refund, whichever you prefer.
